A 25-year-old man bit a security guard and returned the following day to assault the same guard in Milton Keynes.
Subsequently, he was arrested, charged, and sent to prison for just over six months.
The case intensified, as it happened during the COVID pandemic. The prosecution said: “Biting and breaking the skin in a Covid situation is a serious aggravating factor” and pointed out that the man returned the followed day to commit another assault on the same security guard…
